Ken Rygh - Creative Director

Ken Rygh has been in the advertising and marketing business for almost 15 years. For the past eight years, he has been the force behind Creative Art & Design - a contract marketing, branding and advertising think tank. Ken is known for his creative flair and savvy marketing ideas.

Nationally, Ken Rygh has put his creative touch on accounts including R.J. Reynolds, Hanes, Wachovia, Texas Pete, Remington and Bell South. Locally, he has created memorable campaigns for The York County Library System, Rabbit Transit, York County Chamber of Commerce, and SusCom. His distinctive creative work has won many local and regional awards.

Ken earned his BS in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Masters-equivalent degree in Art Direction from The Creative Circus in Atlanta – the premier creative advertising school in the country.

Karen R. Saxe - Strategic Marketer

A strategic marketing professional for more than 26 years, Karen worked on both the corporate and agency sides of the business before opening her own strategic marketing firm in 2001. Karen’s areas of expertise are brand development and integration, experience marketing, grassroots marketing, and public relations. Her passion is building the plan to achieve an organization’s objectives, and then implementing the plan to success.

Karen has “worked her magic” with business-to-business and business-to-consumer client in a broad range of industries including utilities, education, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, retail, automotive, construction, green services, and business services.

As a sought-after marketing and motivational public speaker, Karen is a gifted communicator and consensus-builder.

Karen earned her BS in Communication and Sociology from Goucher College. She pursued her MBA at the University of Baltimore.
